1) How do I start ?
Well, it's this simple: Upon registration, you will be a full member of the Million Pound
Treasure Hunt. You will have instant and unlimited access to all parts of the site.
2) How long does my membership registration last?
Once registered, you will become a full member of the site. You will not need to re-register for further competitions.
3) Once registered, do I have permanent access to the clues?
Yes, once registered, you'll have a username, password and permanent access to the
whole site, including the clues.
4) How much does registration cost?
Registration is absolutely free.
5) What happens when I guess at the code?
When you guess at the code, your entries will be sent to our database and stored until 'Code Checking'. This will take place approximately 48 hours after the vault has been active, to find if there has been a winner. If no winner is found, the countdown clock will restart and the game will continue.
6) Can I enter my code at any time?
No. You can only enter your code guesses when the vault is 'active'. The vault is activated when the Countdown Clock (on the homepage) reaches zero and the words 'VAULT ACTIVE' are displayed. It will remain active for approx. 48 hours.
7) What happens if I get the code right and win the treasure hunt?
You’ll win the 'current jackpot', which will be on display at all times on the
homepage. The maximum jackpot is £1,000,000.
8) What are ‘hints’?
Hints are exactly that. They are related to certain clues and are
designed to help you solve the clue more easily. They can be seen in the hints area at any
time.
9) What are clue updates?
Well, the landscape of the internet is a fluid thing. It can change at any time so we need
to keep you informed if these changes alter the clue trails in any way. They most
probably won't but we need this area just in case. Also, we may drop some hints
in this area for you.
